We'd like to introduce you to Sweetwater County, Wyoming and the Sweetwater Events Complex... We're excited to be your hosts this July for the National High School Finals Rodeo! While this certainly isn't our first rodeo, it's definitely the largest. The Sweetwater Events Complex is no stranger to large events and hosts the Red Desert Round Up Rodeo, Mountain States Circuit Finals PRCA Rodeo as well as Wyoming's Big Show, just to name a few.

Still, none of the past events match the size and scope of the National High School Finals Rodeo. With that in mind, we have been busy upgrading our facilities to meet the needs of the National High School Finals Rodeo and are excited about the changes. Upgrades include:

· New panels and chutes for both performance arenas and livestock pens

· Additional seating to accommodate 5,000 people in performance arenas

· A new jackpot/practice arena – contains one 50' x 240' arena and one 180' x 240' arena

· Additional campground spots totaling over 1,200 onsite, full service units

Just to give you a sneak peak of some of the exciting things we have in store for the 2012 event, we've attached a copy of the commemorative poster that will be available. Created by artist Scot A. Weir, copies of the poster will be available in the trade show as a means to remember your trip to the finals. Weir, a true Wyoming native, was born and raised in Laramie, Wyoming and is a graduate of the Colorado Institute of Art, in Denver, Colorado.
