NHSRA Membership
NHSRA Release Waiver
2011/2012 NHSRA form is 2 pages. The Membership and the Release
Waiver. Print off the two and photocopy so that your form is double
sided. This form must be notarized with signatures of both parents as
well as yourself. There are no fees required for this form.

BCHSRA Student Membership
This form requires either $160 for new members (Rookies) or $170 for
renewing members.

Rodeo Entry Form You must have this form filled out and
signed by your principal for every rodeo. If the rodeo is 2 days you
will need 2 forms. Bring these when you pay your fees at the rodeo.
BCHSRA Associate Membership
Parents need to apply for this if you want to assist student in the
arena or behind the chutes. Also if you would like to vote at the Annual
General Meeting. It is very important for at least one
parent to be an Associate Member.
BCHSRA Media Release
Results are put in local papers, and we need your permission to do
so.
